The room offered clean towels and hand soap in the bathroom. I appreciated the hangers available in the wardrobe. Laminate flooring was present in the room.

the check-in was quick and easy. i found the location good with public transport nearby. the luggage storage facility was useful.
the room was very small and outdated. the drawers in the dressing table were broken. the walls painted in battleship grey were patchy.

the window handles were broken, so i could not fully close the windows.

The hotel location provided easy access to the tube stations. I found the staff to be professional with my requests. The provided kettle was useful, and I also got tea and coffee. I thank the staff for their service.

convenient location ensuite bathroom daily cleaning
The location proved convenient, with easy access to multiple tube stations. i found the price unbeatable for a private double including an ensuite bathroom. the cleaning staff offered fresh towels and cleaning every day. check in was simple, even though i came early. I stored my luggage for the hour while my room was readied.
the window didn't close properly. the room was very warm because i had to keep it closed due to traffic noise. storage space for luggage was very limited. generally, the condition felt shabby and poorly maintained.
